  • Account Information: When you create a Tokee account, we collect your phone number for account verification.
  • Profile Information: You may optionally provide profile details such as your name, profile picture, and status message as well as any other profile information that you may or may not include.
  • Messages: We do not store your messages once they are delivered. Undelivered messages are stored for up to 30 days as we attempt to deliver them.
  • Message Reading: We have no way to see the message contents of a private group chat or an individual chatroom. Our cloud servers will save media or files you may post but we have no way to access your media.

2.2. Usage Data

  • Logs: We collect information about your interactions with Tokee, such as when you use the app, log in, and log out.
  • Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including the device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Location Data: We may collect and process information about your location if you grant us permission to do so.

  • We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

  • You can delete your Tokee account at any time. Upon deletion, we will erase your personal data from our systems.

Tokee does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of Tokee after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
