Sending Images
Tap the 
icon.
Tap Camera.
To send a picture from your phone gallery, tap Choose from Gallery. If you need to take a picture and then send it, tap Take a Photo.
Sending a Video
Tap the icon.
Tap Photo & Video.
Then tap Camera if you would like to record and send a video. Tap Gallery if you would like to send videos that exist in your phone gallery.
